Why I work for Seismic:
I’ve built my academic and professional career towards empowering organisations and building capacity for positive change and scaling impact. The diverse ways in which I can contribute to this every day with like-minded people really drew me to Seismic!
My experience:
Working with a CSR network for a few years, I’ve helped organisations navigate the whole spectrum of sustainability, focusing on multi-stakeholder, collaborative strategies and solutions. I love leveraging the power of the BIA as a strategic framework for companies to establish robust ESG strategies, whether aiming to certify as a B Corp or beginning their sustainability journey. I facilitate parts of the B Leaders training across the Benelux region, and have developed several tailored B Corp and sustainability literacy programs for clients and with academic institutions – empowering sustainability champions to take action and ownership in their own organisations!
Some other companies I’ve worked with:
Faith in Nature, CarTrawler, Eckes Granini Group, Just Spices, DASH Waters, Modern Milkman, boxxe, IMS Luxembourg, PwC and Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:
Positive impact justice – that those with the means and resources take responsibility for paving the way for those for whom it’s not a possibility yet!
Where I like to be:
I’m Luxembourgish, but I’ve been catching waves and sunsets in Lisbon for the past 2 years. I love exploring the world, having lived in 5 countries and speaking 6 languages. You can usually find me at food markets, trying local delicacies!
My Insights
‘Better Business’ is on the curriculum
There’s a growing demand from professionals and students to embed purpose into business. Keen to be part of the solution, we partnered with a business school in Luxembourg to initiate a first-of-its-kind condensed MBA curriculum that helps professionals to manage better business using the B Corp and B Impact Assessment framework!
How do I get the B Impact Assessment right first time?
To become a certified B Corporation, companies have to complete the B Impact Assessment (BIA), scoring a minimum of 80 points. Getting started on the right foot is essential to manage resources effectively, keep teams engaged and build confidence around the process. This is what a BIA Diagnostic is for.
