Why I work for Seismic:

I joined Seismic to channel my passion for sustainability into tangible impact. I believe businesses have a unique opportunity and responsibility to become forces for good. Being part of a team that collaborates to drive positive change is very exciting. The opportunity to work alongside talented individuals who are eager to learn and tackle challenges makes every day fulfilling.

My experience:

My journey into sustainability took shape during my MSc  in ESG Management at King’s College London, where I immersed myself deeply into sustainable finance and ESG regulations.  Eager to apply my passion, I advised Qatar Islamic Bank (UK) on pioneering Shari’a-compliant green financial products. Following this, my role as a Sustainability Intern at Urban Logistics REIT allowed me to translate ambitious ESG targets into tangible asset management strategies, aligning business practices with frameworks like GRESB. Earlier, at Sisterly, a luxury handbag rental startup in Milan, I led sustainability-focused marketing and PR campaigns, driving forward circular economy initiatives. Each experience not only deepened my commitment to sustainability but also taught me the transformative power of aligning purpose-driven strategy with impact.

I’d like to see sustainability evolve from a siloed function into an integrated mindset that drives every business decision—where social equity, climate resilience, and responsible growth are treated as non-negotiables.

Walking my dog, running, travelling, exploring new restaurants and on the weekend mainly watching F1.
