Founders

Our founders

Seismic was formed in the middle of a global pandemic, a climate crisis, and amidst increasing awareness of social injustice. Our three founders, Amy Bourbeau, Paul Lewis and Andy Schmidt, joined forces in March 2021, combining their different skill sets and experiences to bring a shared vision to life: a world where businesses work together to solve challenges and create positive impact for both people and planet.

The naming of Seismic was obvious from the beginning. Incremental changes are not viable, and we can no longer contemplate a “business as usual” approach. The world needs rapid action, rapid transformation and, ultimately, a seismic shift in how business is done – because the stakes are too high not to.
