By investing in its senior leadership through promotions and the appointment of Will Jenkins as Managing Director, Seismic is expanding its capacity to embed sustainability into the core of how businesses scale and create value.

Laser focused on the next 10 years of growth

Seismic, a leading sustainability partner for businesses wanting to drive purpose and profit, has announced a significant expansion of its Leadership Team. The firm has appointed Will Jenkins as its new Managing Director to oversee its advisory team of sustainability specialists, working alongside Co–Founder and CEO Paul Lewis, who continues to steer the company’s mission to help companies prosper as increasingly impactful forces for good. Jenkins’ appointment comes alongside the strategic internal promotions of Olivia Holcroft and Ro Egglesfield to Director.

The triple appointment comes during a period of rapid growth for Seismic, as corporate boards face escalating pressure to navigate a constantly shifting sustainability landscape. This expanded leadership team will directly enhance Seismic’s senior governance, scaling the firm’s capacity to ensure sustainability initiatives are truly embedded to drive commercial outcomes and create value to its growing client portfolio.

Strengthening the helm

Bringing a wealth of corporate sustainability experience to the firm, Will Jenkins joins Seismic as Managing Director following an impressive tenure as Managing Director at Accenture. Jenkins was the UK&I Sustainability Lead for the Resources Industry group, the global lead for the firm’s carbon intelligence offering, and oversaw sustainable business transformations for major clients in consumer goods and resources industries. In his new mandate, Jenkins will focus on scaling client delivery, bolstering the firm’s talent and delivery capabilities, including partnerships with leading tech and AI platforms.

Nurturing team excellence: Strategic promotions

In tandem with Jenkins’ arrival, Seismic has promoted Olivia Holcroft & Ro Egglesfield to Director roles, a move that reinforces the firm’s robust internal talent pipeline. Formerly serving as Head of Impact Development, Ro Egglesfield steps up to Director primarily focusing on driving sustainable growth for Consumer Goods, and the broader Food & Drink and Fashion value chain. Olivia Holcroft, formally Head of Communications, is elevated to Director where she will be building on her proven track record of helping investor backed clients successfully develop their strategic approach, articulate their progress and turn technical ESG achievements into clear, compelling communication tools for value creation.

“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Will to the Seismic family at such a pivotal moment in our growth journey,” said Paul Lewis, Co-Founder & CEO at Seismic. “As CEO, my focus is on where Seismic is heading over the next decade, driving our international vision, building ecosystem partnerships, and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the purpose-driven movement. Having Will step in as Managing Director to run our day-to-day operations and lead our brilliant team gives us the perfect leadership structure. Equally, I am incredibly proud to see Olivia and Ro step into these well-deserved Director roles. Their promotion stands as a testament to the world-class talent we nurture within Seismic. Together, this new leadership tier ensures we remain perfectly positioned to help our clients navigate the fast-changing sustainability landscape capturing value with confidence, agility, and demonstrable impact”.

“Seismic has built an incredible reputation as a progressive, high-energy advisory that genuinely challenges the status quo,” commented Will Jenkins, Managing Director. “I am incredibly excited to step into this role alongside a talented team. My focus will be on driving our momentum forward, unlocking new opportunities for our clients, and proving that commercial success and positive societal impact go hand-in-hand.”

In a joint statement, Olivia Holcroft and Ro Egglesfield, newly appointed Directors, added: “Having been part of Seismic’s journey, we are energised to step up into these new roles. The demand for authentic, deeply rooted sustainability strategy and clear, transparent communications has never been higher. We look forward to working alongside Will and the rest of the leadership team to continue driving Seismic’s purpose-driven mission forward and helping businesses embed a golden thread of sustainability for commercial success.
