As Seismic celebrates its third birthday, we reflect on another year of phenomenal impact, expanding our team of sustainability experts and creating an incredible community focused on positive impact – proudly helping 565,922 people join the shift so far.
2023 was a monumental year of growth for Seismic. With an ever-expanding team of 41 changemakers, we accelerated our mission to help as many businesses as possible become a force for good, supporting a total of 94 clients throughout the year on B Corp certification, sustainability strategy, carbon measurement, and communications.
In this year’s Impact Report, we dive into the numbers and unpack exactly what we’ve been getting up to over the past 12 months – looking at our people, our community, and our planet as key focus areas. We recap memorable internal moments, like being recognised by Escape the City as one of the top 100 purposeful organisations to ‘escape’ to (for the second year in a row!) and our first Seismic Retreat, bringing the entire team together for two days of collaboration and connection, reinforcing our shared mission and vision.
We firmly believe the influence and actions of the business community cannot be underestimated as we face today’s societal and environmental challenges. This is why we’re motivated to engage, inspire and empower as many companies and people throughout the year.
It’s a privilege that we’re here to help our clients become better versions of themselves, to realise the opportunities that exist within their business, and to give them the confidence to implement those changes.
Looking ahead, we’re beyond excited about what’s to come as we roll-out sustainability partnership services to meet the evolving needs of our clients, ensuring they stay ahead of regulatory developments and operate at the forefront of best-practice. As a B Corp, we’re looking forward to recertifying in March 2025, reaffirming our commitment to driving positive change and making a lasting impact.
