My experience:
I was an internal corporate practitioner for many years, and now work as a trusted external impact advisor. I really enjoy helping organisations accelerate their sustainability journey and bringing communities together to generate real change.

A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:
I’d like to see the private sectors’ attitudes towards collaboration and transparency change, as I believe it is going to require radical collaboration and transparency to create the change we need in the world.
Where I like to be:
I was born and raised in a small town in the US, with the family name Schmidt, only to spend the second half of my life as an expat living in Germany. I’m now based in Luxembourg.
