For the last 10 years, I have worked across various industries in human resources and talent acquisition roles. In my most recent role as a HR Lead, I focused on helping a startup scale successfully implementing key HR strategies that supported their growth.

A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:
A seismic shift that I would like to see in HR is a move beyond performative allyship and toward concrete, measurable action on diversity and inclusion initiatives. This includes implementing robust workplace initiatives that not only foster a sense of belonging but also demonstrably improve business performance through the power of diverse perspectives.
Where I like to be:
Outside in nature, reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family.
