Why I work for Seismic:

I chose to join Seismic to contribute to something purposeful. Being part of a movement that helps organisations approach sustainability in a way that is meaningful and lasting aligns with my values and what I want to focus on. Doing this in a purpose-led company, alongside passionate experts, creates a powerful force for change and I am excited to be part of it.

My experience:

My experience is rooted in project and programme management support, where I worked across a range of large-scale initiatives at a global consultancy. Through this I have developed strong experience in areas such as internal reporting, process improvement, workflow coordination and tool implementation. Alongside this, I build a strong foundation in business and impact-driven topics through my master’s studies at Nova SBE, with a focus on sustainable innovation and strategy. Together, this combination allows me to connect structured, practical ways of working with a clear understanding of what long-term change requires.

I mainly worked in the DACH region, supporting a variety of clients across different industries. This included supporting projects within the mobility & infrastructure, industrial manufacturing and public sectors.

A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:

The seismic shift I want to see is a move away from short-term thinking and towards long-term value, where ‘success’ includes environmental and social outcomes. Sustainability should be embedded into every decision, not treated as an afterthought. And while individual actions matter, real change depends on collective effort across sectors and systems.

Where I like to be:

I love being outside, whether I’m running, exploring a new city, hiking a trail or reading a good book in the park. After living in Lisbon for the last year and a half, sunshine always brings me back to my happy place: long beach days, good food and time spent with close friends. There is nothing better than being in the sun, sharing a meal and making memories with people I love most.
