Why I work for Seismic: 

To be part of a brilliant, optimistic team keen to tackle some of our biggest societal challenges and create positive environmental and social impact. I’m motivated by supporting businesses to transition to more sustainable, responsible ways of operating, driving systemic change and business resilience.

My experience: 

I spent the first part of my career in marketing, working across a range of companies and sectors for nearly a decade. During COVID, I made the shift into sustainability and have since worked in consulting at Accenture, supporting large organisations to accelerate their sustainability ambitions across strategy, reporting, and net zero.

Some companies I’ve worked with: Aesop, ByteDance, LSEG, Clyde & Co. Arm Holdings, Cargill, Speedy Hire, Innospec, and Syncona.

A seismic change I’d like to see in the future: 

Global cooperation and prioritisation of sustainability grounded in science, not short-term politics. Meaningful global alignment is essential if we’re serious about making progress on this imperative issue.

Where I like to be: 

Outdoors whenever possible – ideally by the ocean, walking, swimming, or surfing. Otherwise, I’m café hopping in search of a great flat white or enjoying good food with friends and family.
