Having witnessed the growth and impact of Seismic from day one, I was hungry to join this capable and purpose-driven team. What a privilege to be part of a movement where purpose and profit grow together, and where we can support businesses become increasing forces for good.
My experience:
Throughout my career my responsibility has spanned product, positioning and go-to-market; delivering strong commercial results through providing true value to customers/clients. For a long time I fulfilled my sense of purpose through activities outside of work, until I recognised that purpose and profit could grow together. From this point I chose to work on projects with purpose, which made the challenge of accelerating commercial outcomes truly fulfilling, knowing the consequence on impact.

A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:
True sustainable business; where sustainability isn’t a function but a way of thinking, embedded in decision-making.
In this future, sustainability would no longer be considered a blocker but enabler to commercial outcomes. Profit, purpose and progress would be synonymous. The sustainability community would represent true diversity with buy-in from everyone, everywhere.
